The KIABI brand is operated in Malta by HUDSON INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED , a maltese company, incorporated under registration N. C 37866 and with registered address at Hudson House, Burmarrad Road, Burmarrad, SPB9061, Malta (“Hudson”), which is franchised to KIABI INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (French company). incorporated under registration N. B 488 324 047 and with registered address at 100 rue du Calvaire, 59510 Hem – France “KIABI”. When you sign up for KIABI newsletters on www.kiabi.com.mt, your data is collected by Kiabi and sent to Hudson. When you sign up for KIABI newsletters in store, your data is collected by Hudson and sent to Kiabi. In the role of data controller, Kiabi and Husdon are responsible for processing its own customer database. Hudson is reachable at privacy@hudson.com.mt.

In such a case, we remain responsible for the process of your data to be made by the data processors and ensures their compliance with the contractual and regulatory framework. In certain cases, your data may be transferred to the United States. The companies receiving this data are certified Privacy Shield.

  • Your Personal Data will be stored from 3 (three) years from the end of the business relationship or your last contact with Kiabi and/or Hudson. Kiabi and Hudson take every precaution to preserve the security of your data, in particular to prevent their disclosure to unauthorized third parties. As such, Kiabi and Hudson implement all necessary measures to secure its IT devices and those of its subcontractors.

  • You have rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, and to restrict data processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
